The studios are on the first and the second floor. From the balcony you have a perfect view of the sunset on the city beach St. George. The nearness to the beachfront, the colors of the surrounding nature have influenced our conception of the rooms. Pale sandy colors and accents of blue are replicated in the room design. An awesome holiday feeling.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare what you want at any time of day. At a surcharge you can enjoy our breakfast on the garden terrace from 8:30 till 10:00 am.

Villa Naxia was a great choice and I would go back there in a heartbeat! The owner, Nikos, is a very nice and kind gentleman. He keeps the place spotless, everything is in perfect working order and very well maintained, he offers great advice and he was very nice with my kids. He even made something special for my son's birthday, which was totally unexpected! The breakfasts were huge, delicious and full of local treats. The location of Villa Naxia is also perfect: on the best stretch of Agios Georgios beach and within easy walking distance to town (within 10 minutes you are in the middle of the town, but you can easily find grocery stores, mini marts, car rentals and restaurants in less than 2 minutes walk), in a very quiet area.

Villa Naxia was incredible! I cannot say enough good things about Nikos and his staff at the villa. He was there daily to answer any questions and help us with plans for our visit. The villa itself was beautiful. Much care has been taken in the design, layout and gardens of the villa. We stayed in the two bedroom Aegeon suite which was ideal with a huge terrace for our family. A stunning view of St George beach.

After 9 years we came back to Villa Naxia. But now as a family with 2 young children. Wow the building was completely renovated and the rooms where very nice decorated with bright colors. The location is ideally located close to the beach and within walking distance of the restaurants. Nikos and his wife are very helpful and friendly and are doing their outmost to make you feel welcome. We had a fantastic holiday! Regards, Milan
